Environment

Environment¶

The Environment object represents an Environment as you can see in the Environments panel. An Environment is always contained in an EnvironmentDomain and gives the EnvironmentVariable their values when this Environment is selected.

id

id¶

The unique identifier (UUID) (Read-only).

name

name¶

The Environment name as it is shown in the Environment panel (Writable property only for Importers).

order

order¶

The order of the Environment in the Environment panel, the order is relative to the parent Environment Domain (Writable property only for Importers).

getVariablesValues

getVariablesValues¶

Returns: None: Object
Returns an object (dictionary) of the variables and their values in this environment. The object keys are the variable names, and the values are the variables values in this Environment.

setVariablesValues

setVariablesValues¶

Argument: variables: Object: None
The object keys should be the variable names, and the values are the new variables values to set in this Environment.

Sets an object (dictionary) of the variables and their values in this environment. The variables values are set, or variables are created if a variable name is unmatched.
