Sensitive data - like passwords or secrets - is encrypted using an encryption key.
Each project has its own key and if you are working on the same project with your team members you will need to share the key for the project with them.
If you didn’t create the project yourself you will need to ask the admin who created the project or your other team members who already were given the key to share the key with you.
You can store your encryption key in the OS X Keychain so that you don’t have to enter it every time.
To share the key with the others you should follow the steps below.

You can copy the encryption key from the key field and share it with your team. We recommend using 1Password or Keybase to securily share your keys.
